"Farming the Engineering Talent", the battlecry of Ms. Carmel Reyes, Manager of Human Resource (HR), Analog Devices General Trias (ADGT) as she introduced the NCG (New College Graduate) Program and its recipients in the Technical Symposium held in Bellevue Hotel, Alabang on February 22, 2008
The NCG program aims to develop the fresh engineering graduates from partner institutions and universities from the Philippines through aligning them in the Electronic Industry through ADGT.
Part of the 1st farming experience were eight NCGs for this batch coming from 3 schools: Central Philippine University got 5 slots with Marlou Gabriel, Jimmy Fortin, Nino Natividad, Keith Talha and Giovanni Gerard Araque; MSU-IIT: Xerxex Dan Gumera and Al-Amrie Manamparan; and UP-Diliman: Eric Cadena. These NCGs were part of the Annual Technical Symposium of Analog Devices Philippines, Incorporated .
As for me, I enjoyed the interaction with the big bosses not only in the Philippines but also of the worldwide Analog. It was a new experience and a new environment.
The guys here are so **** great!!
It feels having a family outside your own home. I can see that I can again sharpen my thinking processes with the demands of quality and reliability grounded on every projects and every works in this company. I'm blessed of having my first big secular job in Analog. High-spirited people, high-performing employees, high pay (ahehe), great and friendly environment (as what I have observed so far).
GREAT!
I can truly say that God is soooo good!!
