Test Taking Strategies for Fresh Graduates

Test Taking Strategies for Fresh Graduates. How to take an occupational test? How to prepare for tests? How to answer employee questions? Tips for taking tests! These are some of the reverberating excerpts I hear a lot of times from fresh graduates of many universities. I wish to shed some light into this matter by sharing experiences I had with several multinational companies that I applied and worked for. Today, I will be speaking and sharing the wonderful sets of learning I gained to 200 graduating students of  University of Iloilo-PHINMA Education Network. I wish to be of help to these students by exposing to them the common tests that employers give, how to prepare for an examination, how to prepare for the big battle (of passing the test of the student's company of choice). This is my street-wise approach that I use and for many years have led me to join big companies. If you wish to grab a copy of this training, please leave your e-mail address by posting under the c

Birthday Ideas for the Filipino Guys between 25 and 30 years old

PARTY ROCKIN' IN THE HOUSE TONIGHT Short Recall Today its my birthday! So before moving on with birthday ideas, I'd like recall the previous year's highlights so we can clearly move forward. In the night of December 31, 2010 I prayed for my personal direction and my corporate direction. It was revealed that the year 2011 will be a turbulent one. So I prayed that I will be guided accordingly thus our (me, my baby and our group) thrust for last year was about CLARITY in DIRECTION. Indeed, because of that clarity, our tutorial center-KANIYAH Learning and Talent Center (click here) managed to survive its year of operation. Thanks in large part to its beautiful manager, Francine and her talented secretary Remar! The targets have been somehow met and we place further stress on achieving more this year so please pray for us. I ventured into another small business- Event Specialist+ (search for it on facebook) which handles big events for the visayas region. I am curr

SlaM calls for looking into SMART-SUN Merger

I reacted in an objective manner when I read in the news that there were some groups calling for probe of the Smart-Sun deal. In my facebook account, I said the following words in one of the website that posted this news. "This will not create monopoly since Globe is still operating. If Globe filed its intention because they see a monopoly to arise, then I personnaly suggest that they address customer concerns fast and accurately. I'm in favor of this acquisi ... tion because Globe has been poorly performing on its DSL, Landline and even wireless broadband. I returned to SMART in my mobile, PLDT in landline and SMART bro in broadband because I was pissed off the way Globe (Innove) handled their services." See my previous blog (click here) You might be asking why on earth would I write such comment against Globe. We'll I suggest that you read my previous blog ( click here ) so you will be guided. The news features that a consumer group named  Samahan La

Data Communication and Networking

Data Communication and Networking (for my IT students ) NOTE: You can request for my lecture hand-outs. Just post your name, email add, and the purpose why you want to have the complete lecture notes (from the beginning up to the end) in the comment box below the page, The conveyance of information from a source to a destination. Data means the symbolic representation of information, generally in a digital (that is, discrete) form. (Analog information refers to information encoded according to a continuous physical parameter, such as the height or amplitude of a waveform, while digital information is encoded into a discrete set of some parameter.) Usually, this digital information is composed of a sequence of binary digits (ones and zeros), called bits. The binary system is used because its simplicity is universally recognizable and because digital data have greater immunity to so-called noise than analog information and allow flexible processing of the information.
